I-Group Facilitator Training (IGFT) – open to ALL initiated men!

Do you want to learn how to be a more powerful facilitator in your I-Groups and on NWTAs?

This training is Sat & Sun, April 13 & 14th in San Diego and is designed for ANY MAN who feels they want to learn more about facilitation: “Facilitation is the art of directing a process in which a man discovers a deeper truth about himself, others and the world.”

We will explore how I-Group Facilitators pace facilitations, make good use of questions, and we will practice facilitation skills for following sensations and bucketing.
Throughout the two days you will work in groups of four that will rotate through the important roles of the training: facilitator of the process, being facilitated, impartial observer of the process to provide effective feedback, and a process mentor to keep the facilitator on track if he gets stuck or needs support. Over the two days you will have an opportunity to practice your facilitation skills in five processes.

Fees: $200 – $250 for the full two days, materials and snacks. Register and pay early for the discounted tuition $200.
(If you have already taken the IGFT and wish to go through again, only $75)

To Register: Click HERE or go to mkpconnect.org, log-in and navigate to TRAINING/EVENTS, TRAINING & PROGRAMS and scroll-down to San Diego April 2019 IGFT.
